Rumble at the Rink - Team

On Saturday, August 26th, Crossfit Condor will be hosting their first "Rumble at the Rink"! Teams of two athletes, comprised of the same gender, will complete three tests of fitness. The top three teams at the end of those workouts will qualify for the "The Final Round" where our Champions will be crowned and rewarded with a CASH PRIZE after the completion of the final test.

Teams may register under one of the three divisions (Team RX, Team Masters, Team Scaled). Cost will be $120 per team (covers registration and competition t-shirt). Take into consideration the standards of each division before your team registers.


WOD 1 - RUMBLE AT THE RINK

100ft Sled Push

Zig Zag Sprint

*12 minute time cap

*Partner A will complete one full round, tag hands with Partner B, and Partner B will begin and complete round 2. Repeat until all 4 rounds have been completed.

Event 1.A - RUMBLE AT THE RINK
After all teams in the heat have completed Event 1, or at the 12 minute time cap, all teams will have :60 of rest. After :60, a 3:00 clock will begin. Teams must establish a max # of Double Unders. One partner will hang from rig while other partner completes Double Unders. Reps will only count while partners feet are suspended from floor.
